By playing NEXCLASH ("the Game"), made by NOVEXON ("we"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not play.

1. Who can play

You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian is happy for you to play.

2. Your player profile

The Game creates a player ID and profile on your phone. You are responsible for what you do in the Game. Player names must not be rude, hateful or pretend to be someone else; we may change names that break this rule.

3. Fair play

Do not cheat, hack, change the Game's files, use bots or exploit bugs to get an advantage, and do not try to break or overload the Game or its online services. We may remove rewards or block players who do.

4. Rewards and virtual items

Levels, guns, outfits and rewards (including the GRG jersey for the first 100 players) exist only inside the Game. They have no money value, cannot be sold or exchanged, and are not a prize. Rewards that depend on the order of downloads are decided by our records, and that decision is final.

5. No gambling or real money

The Game has no betting, no cash prizes and no real-money rewards.

6. The Game is provided "as is"

We work hard to make the Game fun and stable, but we cannot promise it will always work without errors. We may update, change or stop features at any time.

7. Ownership

The Game, its name, logo, code, art and sounds belong to NOVEXON or are used under their licences. Do not copy, sell or re-upload the Game or any part of it.

8. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the Game will ask you to accept the new version.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Privacy Notice

What the Game stores

Your player name, player ID, level, match stats, loadout and settings are saved on your phone.

Online features

To protect the Game and give the GRG jersey to the first 100 players, the Game may use Google Firebase to give your phone an anonymous player number and check that the app is genuine. We do not ask for your email, phone number, contacts, photos or location.

Wi-Fi 1v1

Wi-Fi matches talk only to the other phone on the same Wi-Fi network: your player name, character, guns and level are shared with that phone during the match.

Your choices

Uninstalling the Game deletes everything it saved on your phone. Questions or requests: contact@novexongaming.com
