NEXCLASH Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 November 2026
This policy explains what information the mobile game NEXCLASH ("the Game") uses, why, and the choices you have. The Game is made by NOVEXON GAMING ("we", "us"). If you have any question, email contact@novexongaming.com.
In short: the Game has no login, no ads, no analytics and no in-app purchases. Most of your information stays on your phone. The only thing that leaves it is a random, anonymous ID used to give you a player number.
1. Information saved on your phone
The Game saves the following only on your device. We cannot see it.
- Your player name (which you type), player ID, level, experience points and match statistics
- Your loadout (character, guns, outfit), daily challenge progress and last chosen map and mode
- Your settings (controls, sound, graphics, button layout) and which version of the Terms you accepted
Uninstalling the Game, or clearing its data in your phone's settings, deletes all of it.
2. Information sent to the internet (anonymous player number)
To give every player a unique player number, and the GRG jersey to the first 100 players, the Game uses Google Firebase, a service run by Google:
- When: only after you have played your first match.
- What: Firebase Authentication creates a random anonymous ID for your copy of the Game. No name, email, phone number or Google account is used. Our database (Cloud Firestore) stores one record for that ID: your player number.
- Automatically logged by Google: as with any internet service, Google may record technical information such as your IP address and the time of the request to run and protect the service. See Firebase's privacy information.
- Why: app functionality only (giving you a player number and preventing cheating on the first-100 reward). It is not used for advertising, tracking or profiling, and we do not sell or share it.
- Security: the data is sent over encrypted HTTPS, and our database rules let each player read only their own record.
3. Wi-Fi 1v1 matches
When you play a Wi-Fi 1v1 match, your phone talks directly to the other player's phone on the same Wi-Fi network. Your player name, level, character, guns and outfit, and your moves during the match, are shared with that phone only. This does not go through the internet or to us.
4. Phone permissions
| Permission | Why the Game needs it |
|---|---|
| Internet and network state | The anonymous player number, and Wi-Fi 1v1 matches |
| Wi-Fi state and Wi-Fi multicast | Finding Wi-Fi 1v1 games on the same network |
| Vibrate | Vibration when you are hit or get a kill (can be turned off in Settings) |
The Game does not use your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, files, phone number or advertising ID.
5. Feedback emails
If you email us, or use Settings → About → Send feedback (which opens your own email app), we receive your email address, your message and the game version and phone model included in the email. We use them only to answer you and improve the Game, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
6. How long we keep data and how to delete it
- The anonymous player-number record is kept while the Game is available, so your number stays yours.
- To delete it, email contact@novexongaming.com with the subject "Delete my data" and your player ID (shown on the Profile screen). We delete it within 30 days.
- Everything stored on your phone is deleted when you uninstall the Game.
7. Children
The Game is for players aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the Game, contact us and we will delete any related data.
8. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Important changes will also be shown in the Game.
